Inspired by artists such as They Might Be Giants and Adventure Time’s Rebecca Sugar, NarwhalsExist is the solo project of Reno-local singer/songwriter Argyle. They use their Omnichord to answer today’s pressing questions such as, “Are ALL tiny things cute?”, “What are the logistics of dating Medusa safely?”, and “Would you still love me if I was a worm?”. Book them to experience some of the chillest vibes this side of the veil!
Solo Shows
Narwhals Exist has up to four hours of purely original songs to share at any event! They’ve played for Farmer’s Markets, Fairy Faires, Restaurants, Prides, you name it! Their music is family-friendly, but LGBT+ events tend to like their music the most.
Not just a musician
Argyle is experienced in live interviewing, panel moderation, MC’ing, and teaching camp songs to crowds. They will not hesitate to help set up and take down chairs and tables. They bring extra thread and needles to help in case of a costume malfunction. No job is too small!
Collaboration
Argyle is skilled in improv singing and can sing backup to nearly any song: their angelic harmonies are known throughout Reno! They’ve collaborated with artists such as Kat Heart, Spike McGuire, Josh Kaiser, and many more on a variety of projects in a myriad of genres. If they know the chords, they can play along on the Omnichord as well!

Are you looking for something out-of-the-ordinary for your variety night? Argyle LOVES writing improv musicals using crowd participation! It’s a perfect half-hour break in a busy show: if you’ve got a collaborative crowd, they’re willing to give it a shot!
Setup
Argyle uses a microphone and brings an Omnichord that takes a standard quarter inch hookup. They occasionally play with Clark on bass, which would require a second quarter inch hookup. If the event is within a hundred miles of Reno, Nevada, they can bring their full PA setup if needed and run their own sound.
